Cork & Table is the second restaurant operated by Chef/Owner James Fallon. Located in Old Town Fredericksburg, James believes he has found the perfect location for his latest venture; one that combines a healthy respect for tradition with a forward thinking approach to sustainable and community-based business practices. Cork and Table prepares sophisticated food in a casual, accessible setting and aims to provide the best customer experience through consistency, innovation, and creativity.

James graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1993 and was certified as a sommelier by the Washington Sommelier Society in 1991. For several years, James trained under many of the finest chefs and restaurateurs in New York City and Washington DC. From 2007 to 2014, he owned and operated Northern Neck Gourmet in Warsaw, Virginia where he developed his unique approach to serving fresh, seasonal food with interesting wine selections. In accordance with this Cork & Table serves their food in the European, fixed price format. We offer three and four course menus, both available with wine pairings, and designed by the chef.
